Spring loaded pliers, for fitting and removing hoses fitted with constant pressure type hose clips. Designed to be used front or side facing, making the tool fast and effective to use. Slots in 16mm jaws, locate and secure hose clip ends into position. Can also be used as a traditional set of pliers.
