Parts Alliance Timeline
1999 - The Parts Alliance is formed, including founder members Allparts Automotive and Dingbro.
2002 - CES UK and SCMF Motor Factors become Parts Alliance members.
2003 - GMF Motor Factors joins The Parts Alliance.
2004 - Alliance Autocentres garage programme launched.
2009 - Alliance Autocentres rebranded to become Servicesure Autocentres.
2010 - GS Onestop garage management software launched.
2012 - CES UK acquired by HgCapital, followed by Allparts Automotive, SC Motor Factors and then GMF Motor Factors. BBC Superfactors becomes a Parts Alliance member
2013 - CPA and BMS Superfactors join the Parts Alliance.
2014 - The Parts Alliance becomes a founder member of Nexus Automotive International. HgCapital acquire the Parts Alliance, consolidating previously acquired members as Parts Alliance Group. CPA and Bromsgrove Motor Factors are later acquired by Parts Alliance Group. Parts Alliance branded branches open in South West England. Autosessive.com is launched.
2015 - GSF Car Parts is acquired by Parts Alliance Group. The first PartVend vending machines are installed.
2016 - SAS Autoparts and Waterloo Motor Trade are acquired by Parts Alliance Group.
2017 - BMS Superfactors and BBC Superfactors acquired by Parts Alliance Group. The Parts Alliance Group purchased by Uni-Select Inc.
