DPD Premium Delivery orders need to be placed before 4pm (Mon-Fri) to guarantee dispatch on the same day, for next working day delivery. Working days are Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched on the chosen service the following working day. Orders placed after 4pm Thursday will be dispatched Friday for delivery the following Monday. Orders placed after 4pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. Excludes items which are not marked as in- stock. With DPD Premium Delivery you will have access to DPD Predict & Follow My Parcel services. You will receive a one-hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you don’t have to wait in all day. Please ensure you provide accurate SMS and email contact information on your order to benefit from these services. Not only will you receive a one-hour delivery timeslot, but with Follow My Parcel services, you will also be able to track the progress of your order on a map as the DPD driver makes their way to your delivery address. Follow My Parcel will: Display the location of the DPD driver in relation to your delivery address Show your position in the overall delivery queue Tell you when the DPD driver is just 15 minutes away Give you the option to reschedule your delivery or have your order delivered to a neighbour Display your order’s tracking history As well as keeping you informed at every stage of your orders journey, you will also have the convenience of in-flight options, offering maximum convenience, allowing you to take delivery of your order in a way that suits you. If you wish to reschedule, you can: Select an alternative delivery date Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour Have the parcel left in a specified safe place Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop Upgrade delivery to before 10:30, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday or Sunday

Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days from receiving your order where products are shown as in stock. In most cases, for in stock items, we will dispatch all orders placed before 4pm the very same day. Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.

Some parts are oversized and require specialist delivery service. We offer a premium delivery service for these parts, unfortunately there is no free delivery available. Items will usually take 2-4 working days to be delivered. The cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Orders that are overweight (Over 25kg) may incur an additional charge. The cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.

• Aerosols: We are unable to ship aerosols due to courier restrictions.
• Batteries: Can only be shipped to UK Mainland addresses only.
• Liquids: Can only be shipped to UK Mainland addresses only.

• Car Batteries:  Batteries are shipped in specially designed fit for purpose packaging. Please open the box carefully as any returns need to be sent back in the original box. If the box is not available, the battery must be returned in an equivalent box.
• Exhausts: Some exhausts are not available for home delivery, however, are available for Click & Collect.
• 20L Liquids: Single units of 20L+ liquids are not available for home delivery, however, are available for Click & Collect.

Car Batteries & Bulky Items

Car batteries and bulky items will be sent via a specialist courier, if your order contains other items they will be dispatched on your chosen service. Car batteries on premium shipping services may incur an additional charge, this will automatically calculated at checkout. All batteries are supplied in specialist packaging with the relevant health and safety precautions in place. Please ensure the box is not damaged in anyway upon delivery, any returns will need to sent back in the original packaging. If your item is oversized (Over 1.5m) and/or overweight (Over 25kg), you may incur an additional charge. The cost will be automatically calculated at checkout. All bulky deliveries are kerbside only.

   Special Order Items

Some products are not held in stock and will be sent by a third party. The shipping costs for these products will be calculated at checkout and are exempt from free delivery unless specified.

  General Delivery Information

In the unlikely event of your order being lost or damaged in transit, claims must be made in writing or via email. In the case of non-delivery, please wait 7 days in case it has been delayed. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection/collection by GSF.

All delivery costs include VAT and are per order, regardless of the number of boxes.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. We'll do everything we can to meet the delivery times above, however, they may be affected by factors outside of our control and can't be guaranteed. We'll endeavour to let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
