At GSF Car Parts, we want you to shop with complete confidence. We would never knowingly overprice our products and regularly review our pricing to ensure we remain competitive against other UK retailers. Although we work hard to maintain fair, low pricing, we understand there may be times when you find an item cheaper elsewhere. That’s why we offer a Price Match on the following brands: Drivetec, Delphi, Comma, FRAM, Magma, Katana, Hella, Rymec and Power Plus. If you find the same item from one of these brands cheaper from an eligible UK retailer within 7 days of your purchase, we’ll refund the difference.

How It Works

To qualify, the product must be identical to the one purchased (same brand, model/part number, full specification, and sold as new with a UK manufacturer warranty). The competitor must be a UK‑VAT Registered Retailer, with the item in stock and able to ship immediately to your postcode.

We compare the competitor’s lowest publicly available price, including VAT and the cheapest available delivery option. Any codes or offers must be visible on the competitor’s website. We cannot accept:

  • Sign‑up or new customer discount codes

  • Exclusive promotional/voucher codes sent via email or SMS

  • App‑only, loyalty, membership or personalised pricing

Marketplaces (eg. eBay, Amazon, AutoDoc), second‑hand items are not included in the price match.

What’s Excluded

1. Eligibility

1.1. Applies only to Drivetec, Delphi, Comma, FRAM, Magma, Katana, Hella, Rymec and Power Plus products. 1.2. Products must be identical (brand, model/part number, specification, condition) with UK manufacturer warranty. 1.3. Competitor must be a UK‑based, VAT‑registered retailer selling directly to consumers, with the item in stock. 1.4. Eligible competitors include their official online storefronts. Marketplaces and third‑party sellers are excluded. 1.5. We compare the lowest publicly available price, including VAT and shipping. Sign‑up codes, email/SMS exclusives, loyalty points, cashback and similar incentives are excluded.

2. Verification

2.1. A live URL showing the price, stock status and delivery cost is required. 2.2. Screenshots alone cannot be accepted. 2.3. If the competitor’s price changes during verification, we use the current live price.

3. Timing

3.1. Post‑purchase only: Claims can be submitted within 7 calendar days from your order date. 3.2. Pre‑purchase price matching is not available.

4. Exclusions

4.1. Clearance, used, refurbished or open‑box items, or bundles where contents differ. 4.2. Voucher codes, multibuy offers, loyalty points, gift card promotions, student/Blue Light schemes, staff discounts and non‑public pricing. 4.3. Non‑UK retailers, overseas fulfilment, drop‑shippers, or locations we cannot deliver to. 4.4. Any price reliant on sign‑up incentives, first‑order promotions, SMS/email exclusives, app‑only pricing or personalised discounts.

5. Scope & Limits

5.1. One price match per item purchased; limits may apply on high‑demand products. 5.2. We may compare against an equivalent delivery method where speeds differ.

6. Fair Use & Rights

6.1. We may decline requests where verification is not possible, pricing appears erroneous, or terms are being misused. 6.2. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this policy at any time. Approved matches will still be honoured. 6.3. Our staff may refuse unsuitable or unverifiable claims. Their decision is final.

Do you match prices before I buy?

No. Price matching is available after purchase, for up to 7 days.

What is an “eligible” competitor?

A competitor must be:

  • UK‑based and VAT‑registered

  • Selling directly to consumers

  • Offering the exact same item, new and in stock

Marketplaces (Amazon/eBay), private sellers, auction sites, trade‑only stores and overseas retailers are excluded.

What counts as “the same item”?

The product must match exactly:

  • Brand

  • Model/part number

  • Specification

  • New condition

  • Same UK warranty

Used, refurbished or clearance items do not qualify.

What prices do you compare?

We compare the competitor’s total delivered price, including:

  • Product price (including VAT)

  • Cheapest delivery option

We do not include loyalty points, multibuys, cashback, voucher codes, personalised discounts or sign‑up incentives.

What is excluded from the guarantee?

We cannot match:

  • Clearance/distressed stock

  • Trade‑only or membership‑only pricing

  • Flash sales

  • Non‑UK stores or overseas fulfilment

  • Basket codes, multibuys, bundle deals, loyalty or gift‑card promotions
