Trade
GSF Car Parts are one of the only national car parts distributors and are able to offer a number of trade service levels dependant upon the nature of your business and your proximity to your nearest GSF site.
From over 60 sites :
Trade customers benefit from an on demand delivery service if they fall within one of our key delivery routes. From our 60+ sites nationwide, GSF Car Parts aim to deliver products a
minimum of 5 times a day to local trade customers on our own fleet of vehicles. To find out if your business can benefit from our on demand delivery service, simply contact your local
branch through our postcode finder and apply for a trade account.
Same-day timed deliveries:
Customers who fall outside of our local delivery routes can still receive daily deliveries. A number of our sites deliver once or even twice a day on our own vehicles across the South,
Midlands and Northern areas. Set cut-off times apply and this service is only available to certain areas. If your business could benefit from this delivery service, please contact our

Next day carrier delivery:
GSF Car Parts have excellent rates with national carriers. If your business falls outside of our local or same-day delivery areas, you are still able to benefit from our products and services
by placing orders for carrier delivery. We can guarantee next day delivery and even pre 10am delivery.
However, please note that the term ‘United Kingdom’ does not cover all UK postcodes. Please email: sergio.nero@gsfcarparts.comfor details of postage costs to the following areas:
Scottish Highlands (including postcodes beginning AB, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE ) Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles. We also offer a
delivery service to BFPO (H.M Forces Mail) addresses, at a carriage charge of £18.00.
Generally, for most UK orders, GSF Car Parts add the cost of the carrier delivery to your order. For orders over £25.00 we provide a free carrier service. If your business could benefit

Call and Collect
Any GSF Car Parts customer can call into any GSF site to pick up their products. We advise you call your nearest site prior to setting off to check availability.
Mail Order Service Level
Please Note: The cut-off time for same day despatch is 4pm. Orders are generally next day, but not guaranteed.
• Orders up to £25.00 plus VAT- carriage charge £4.95 (Carrier, 1-2 day service), standard parcels. Please note that some heavy or outsize objects
(e.g. long exhaust pipes) are not covered by the standard £4.95 charge, and it may not be possible to deliver them on a guaranteed time delivery basis.
If this is the case we will charge the appropriate carriage charge, and advise you accordingly before proceeding.
Guaranteed Delivery:
• Next day delivery by 12 pm £12.00 (standard parcel)
• Coverage:
- England (12 pm not possible in all areas)
- Scotland (12 pm not possible in all areas)
- Wales
Delivery by standard carrier is on a 1-2 day service (by "Day" we mean working day, not weekends), but non-mainland deliveries (e.g. Scottish Islands)
may take 2-3 days to arrive.

International delivery:
We offer a World-wide export service(except the USA and Canada), and can deliver to Europe next day(subject to conditions), and the rest of the world within three days if required.
We also offer an economy postal service for parcels less than 2kg should the part not be required urgently.
If the parts are to be sent Overseas, we will contact you with the delivery charge and total cost to confirm the order.
We arrange all the necessary paperwork for you, to ensure that your goods go through customs as quickly as possible.
Please note that VAT does not apply to export sales outside the European Union.
