Audi Takes Over From BMW In India

Audi has overtaken BMW as the premier car maker in the luxury car space.  BMW has held this position for a long time and its interesting to see this shift in such a key market for the German car makers.  Audi owned by the VW group has been gaining ground on both BMW and Mercedes.  Up till 2009 Mercedes was the leader in India.

It does seem that not the full range of cars from any of these brands are fully available in India so its going to be interesting who takes the lead when this happens.
