Delivery Cut off times:
All orders received by 4 pm will be despatched the same day by your selected postage method.
Please note we do not despatch or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
Our post is collected every weekday (Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays and exceptional circumstances) from our warehouse in Birmingham.
Lost in post:
Please note that if you have not received your order sent by Royal Mail in the expected time frame, we have to wait three working weeks before a lost in post claim form can be put through – however this is a very rare occurrence and something we do not see happen often. The reason we allow for three working weeks to elapse is items will be returned to the sender if not delivered within that time period.
If you need your order urgently then we suggest using one of our tracked and traced courier services.
