if your confident and don't mind removing a good deal of the dash then it should be possible. Apart from the wheel youll need the control moduleand its bracket, which fit on the tunnel, under the center console and heater. Take cdare to get the right w/light unit, there are two types and i think youll need the early type. get the wiring for the w/l unit as well as the airbag system.

I've made a start on finding an airbag steering wheel and the necessary fittings, but the warning light module's tricky to find, for airbag and early-type Abs. I'll keep on looking, though, since the cost of a new one is in 3 figures.
