I suppose this would be easy if I were a contortionist.
I'm not, so I'm struggling.
The old lampholder has a fair bit of corrosion I've taken off, so I suspect it wasn't that well-fitted into the lens assembly in the first place. No real surprise, it's a pig to get to.
Am I missing something easy? It's a simple bulb swap on a 98 A3 1.8T, front passenger side. Orange bulb with clear lens. There just seems no sensible way to reach it, getting it out was bad enough.
All advice gratefully received.
