Scan tool for trouble shooting

Does anybody know what's the right scantool for my Xsara 2004. I prefer one which can be plugged to my laptop and from which I can configure the setting of the multiplex system.
Can somebody help?

Think it's made by by scantool.net who have a list of compatible cars.
In all honesty, i have a memoscan handheld off ebay which has connected to everything i have tried it on with no problems. Think it was around the £70 mark

if your car is a diesel, then it stands a chance it won't be EOBD compliant as its a 2004.
