I have a 325 tds with 145k and are wondering if any of you know if its possible to adjust the timing chain in line with any potential wear? I have owned one before, that broke a valve because of a worn chain at 170k.
I know that the cam sprocket bolts onto the end of the cam shaft, and doesn't have any rotational location so it could be loosened and moved round a bit - but is that actually possible?
Any thoughts would be highly appreciated!
