45 minutes includes 4 fag breaks and time to make a bacon butty

******** VAG Tech Advice *********
If it dont run right cold, change the blue temp sender.
If it aint got a spark, check earths, coil connections.
If it idles like ****, clean the ISV and throttle body.
For all other problems, use a hammer

One of the rear bearings has gone on my GTI Mk2.

Before I pop to the local garage, thought I'd get an idea of how easy it is to replace - in other words, how many hours of labour should I be looking at?
