The cable on these is a self adjusting unit, so theres not a lot of options avail to you.
Fitting these sort of cables is more time consumiing than anything as you normally have to take off panels,disconnect bits and bobs etc..
If you are going to try it yourself i would recomend getting a Haynes type manual to give you an idea of what will need taking off & where.
If the cable doesn't solve the problem, it will then probably point to the clutch on its way out [
