other places to try are ebay, scrap yard and do a google to see if any companies do a refurb on your old unit


******** VAG Tech Advice *********
If it dont run right cold, change the blue temp sender.
If it aint got a spark, check earths, coil connections.
If it idles like ****, clean the ISV and throttle body.
For all other problems, use a hammer

i had  a diagonistic check on my car due to a abs light comming on.the nechanic said my abs pum needs changing and i can only get it from bwm with a cost of over a thousand pound. my car is a bmw compact1.8i year 2000. is the mechanic having a laugh
