Do both bob weights have springs - my new one was suppled with only 1 and I was told that this was correct by the gsf shop.  Can anyone please confirm if this is in fact the way they are supposed to be?  Also how much advance does the centrifugl system provide by itselfand at what rpm does it start and what rpm does it max out?
