VW Air Cooled Forum / Winter Birthdayfest

The idea is that all those with winter birthdays who dont get to celebrate it with their vw friends cos its sooooooo cold...get together on Halloween and have a birthday party for everyone!!!

So first we need to find a preety central campsite with electric thats open in october.

Any suggestions welcome

OK this is the favourite campsite for New Years Eve so far as it's hardstanding with electric hookups and a pub on site!!!

I have been corresponding via email with the owner and as yet he has not confirmed the price or details for new years eve, as soon as he does I will post them here.

oh dear

This looks like it may not happen as we've only got a couple of yes's due to babies and birthdays and hen do's. Plus i forgot is was the week before helen and spences wedding!

So my suggestion is either to combine this with surfenders or to have one closer to wales so we can go on helens hen do and all the lads can get drunk at the campsite!!! LOL

Stayed at that one to, spookily before we moved on to Swiss Farm !!
About a mile outside Oxford City centre with a Park and ride right outside, was very anal there though ( Camping & Caravan Club)

hey dee yes will be at vanfest - might stay down for a couple of days with my brother two - its his bday that week!
